Trust Certified Technicians™ are NATE certified, have passed background investigations and illegal drug screenings. Trust Certified Technicians™ are professionals who can be trusted in your home.
NATE Certifications
All Trust Certified Technicians™ have trained, studied and passed the North American Technician
Excellence (NATE) Core Exam. They have also trained, studied and passed one or more of NATE’s
Specialty Exams. These Specialty Exams include the following: Air Conditioning, Gas Furnaces, Heat
Pumps, Hydronics, Refrigeration, and Air Distribution. Technicians who are NATE certified have
passed rigorous training and exams that verify their knowledge of servicing and installing heating
and cooling equipment. They have met or exceeded the highest standards set by the heating and
air conditioning industry.
Background Investigations
United States Homeland Investigations completes all of Central Services’ background investigations.
Central Services does not employ any persons who have obtained any felony convictions. It is Central
Services’ policy to only hire technicians who have a proven track record of honesty, integrity and
reliability. Your security and safety is very important to Central Services.
Drug Screening
Trust Certified Technicians must pass an illegal substance abuse screening. Central Services
conducts pre-employment screenings and random screenings throughout their employment.
